I have been using Olson Appliance Company for over three decades. I have always found them to be exact, friendly and tops when it comes to customer service. I appreciate the fact that they have gone the extra mile to fix difficult problems with my appliances and I trust their opinion on whether or not an appliance should be replaced or repaired. Their prices have been fair and I have found Mr. Olson to be honest and easy to work with. He takes the time to explain what is going on and is willing to answer any questions that I have. I like working with small businesses that are local. I will continue to use his service for years to come.

What a privilege it has been to know you and your company since 1994 when we moved to Utah and you were highly recommended. You have repaired or installed our hot water tanks, water softeners, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerator and microwave. We so appreciate the quick and efficient manner in which all work was done. But you didn't leave just "getting the job done," you educated us on how to care for the fixed appliance, and that we have so appreciated.

We have enjoyed teh expertise of you and your sons. You were always there to help us when we needed a quick fix or one that was going to take a while. Thank you for your faithful service.

When we moved from Massachusetts about three years ago, we discovered that the heating and A/C equipment appeared to be the original that was installed 25 years ago. It was necessary to replace both systems because of obvious malfuntions and potential danger resulting from them.

In discussing our problem with a good neighbor, your company was recommended and we contacted you. You were able to respond to a challenging situation in a prompt and most helpful manner. Despite obstacles, you were able to replace and supplement these existing systems, identify and repair leaks, and otherwise remove our concerns. Both of these systems have functioned perfectly as has a humidifying system you subsequently added. Under contract, you have maintained all in excellent working order.

I want to thank you for the excellent service you have rendered. In July 1998 you replaced my water softener. After shopping for a new water softener you were able to provide the service and product that met my needs. Then in September 1998 my hot water heater needed replacement. Later in September we called you to repair out gas clothes dryer. Each time you were very competent, thorough and clean in doing these jobs. Your prices were always reasonable. I have been most impressed with the attention to detail and completeness of your work. If something wasn't just right you made sure it was, even when I wasn't aware of a problem.

In May 1999 I called you to service our home air conditioner. Again you were very thorough and insured the compressor was fine-tuned and ran efficiently. You used up-to-date test equipment and were knowledgeable of your duties …

Mr. Olson, you have always been honest, fair and detailed in your work. I feel I have found a friend, as well as a competent home appliance repairman, a person I can depend on for outstanding service on my home appliances.

In May of 2000 we had Olson heating and air conditioning replace our furnace and install central air in our home. We recieved several bids on the job. Olson's bid higher quality equipment at a lower price. During the installation, Olson's continually went the extra mile to ensure that the system was first rate and that all the little extras were installed to make a quality system. Bruce was friendly, honest, and his craftmanship was superb. We highly recommend Olson's to you.
